Information we use
We collect the name, phone number, delivery address, PIN code and optional email you enter at checkout, along with products ordered, order status and payment reference details. Support messages may include information you choose to send us.
Why we use it
We use this information to process and deliver orders, confirm payment, provide support, handle exchanges and protect the store from misuse.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed through Razorpay. AYKIRA does not store your full card details, CVV or UPI PIN. Hosting, database, storage, payment and delivery providers process the information needed to provide their services. We do not publish customers’ order or contact details in the product catalogue.
Browser storage
The website uses browser storage for your cart, wishlist and pending-payment reference. Admin login uses a session cookie. You can clear browser storage, but doing so may remove your saved cart and payment-status link.
Retention and requests
We retain order and support information as needed for fulfilment, records, disputes and applicable obligations. To request access, correction or deletion of your information, contact us. Some records may need to be retained to fulfil legal or transaction-related obligations.
